Marte S. Gulliksen, 1972, is full professor in Culture Education and Aesthetic Practice at University of South-Eastern Norway, Department of Visual and Performing Arts Education. As researcher she studies learning in creative practices. As artist she works as woodcarver, making sculptures in wood. Since 2015 she has studied her own making processes in the making of the Purkinje Series (2015-2021), the Astrocyte Series (2021-2024). Today she is working on a series called Neural Connections
